No Financial Risk

A primary benefit of our agreement is that you will face no financial risk. Should your property not sell within the specified 90 working days, the contract will simply end without any costs incurred on your part. Your land will revert back to you, allowing you the freedom to pursue other opportunities without the worry of financial losses.

Guaranteed Payment Structure

If I successfully secure a buyer and sell the property, you will receive the full purchase price we agreed upon at the outset. This pricing agreement allows you to benefit from the sale without needing to manage the often-complex negotiations and paperwork associated with real estate transactions.

Cost Management

I will take on all the financial responsibilities related to the sale. Commission Structure
